I'm running windows 98, and I was interested on giving a new fase to my widnows theme. I checked out this cite
http://www.themexp.org

but I don't know if these themes applay to windows 98.

I know there is a program which could chang 98 to XP in appearance . http://xz.onlinedown.net/down/xpstyle.exe
but Its language is chinese .Maybe there is English .

this site is really cool, but be aware with what u do, some of these programs can destroy ur system speed and u might face other problems.

Check out http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/
If you have alot of ram this windows skinner can work wonders.

Also http://www.wincustomize.com has a huge selection of skins for it, as well as some other nifty theeme type stuff.
Strong with this one, the sudo is.
