I dont feel like reading 21 pages of tricks so dont get mad if this has been posted. You can SHIFT+scroll wheel (up and down)in IE to go back(down)and up(forward).

A friend of mind was kind enough to give me permission to reprint the following from his forums:

XP/W2K Commands To Open Control Panel Items
I don't know if anyone will ever have reason to use these, but knowing the .cpl files involved can be useful, and geeks will think it's cool. Can be run from Start | Run, or from Start | Programs | Accessories | Command Prompt.
The following is for WinXP. I have tried a few in Win2K and they work, but the parameter/tab combinations (meaning, the x values) may be different between the two. Also, as an alternative to using control .exe to start Control Panel--the method used below--you can run a dynamic-link library (DLL) as an application. In each instance, replace "control" with "rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL". (Note that the second parameter--Control_RunDLL--is case sensitive.

Alt + Shift + num lock is the keyboard mouse on many current PCs (most older ones don't have this option)
To use this (on the number pad):
1-9 with the exception of 5 are used to navigate around the screen
5 is the single click
0 is click and drag while Enter is the release
/ is to be able to use the left clicker
* is to use both clickers, and
- is the right clicker
+ is select word and/or right click

One of my faves is Alt+Ctrl+Print Screen
that will copy what ever is your active window to the clipboard and you can paste it in any program.
Kwel try it!

CTRL + F in a browser brings up the find bar. type in a word, phrase letter, if its in that window then it will automayically go to it for u. Very useful when looking for specific things in alot of text

ok
Like many of us, I dont wanna read 22 pages
I got several pages in then thats it
Some of these I know have been posted
But THIS is my top list for keyboard shortcuts, I use these daily
I believe in the rule, you do NOT need to use the mouse
TOP of the Tops is a tie
Holding ALT and pressing tab
This brings up ur windows in a little screen for you to flick through them
And the basic one
CTRL + S (Save)
In Most Applications
Using CTRL + W will close one Window
(FF will close the tab, Dreamweaver will close that page ect ect)
In most Application
CTRL + SHIFT + S
Save As
CTRL Page Up / Down in Fire Fox
Flick between the tabs open
CTRL + Num (IN FF)
opens the tab connected to that number
And I am not sure if you can call this a hotkey
but
ESC on MSN to close the Chat Window
CTRL + T (IN FF) to open a new tab
F6 to get to the address bar of that tab
ALT + SPACE + N
To Minimize the ONE window
Also
Window Key + D to show the desktop, minimize apps thats dont evan minimize
Window E for Opening Explorer
And off course F5 to refresh the web page (CTRL F5 in IE)
On the top of my head, thats what I can think off.
I made a video tutorial once
I got a friend to watch it, and he was like U didn't save it
How do u switch Screen
The page just refreshed
So I made it again
keeping my left hand under the table
Heal your mind, and the body will follow

Try These ones........
Hold down the "windows" key and press:
M - Minimizes all windows
SHIFT - M - Undo minimize all windows
E - Opens Windows Explorer
D - Switches between minimizing all open programs and showing them all.
F - Opens the Find Window
R - Opens the Run Window
BREAK / PAUSE- Opens System Properties
TAB - Cycles through items on the task bar
