everytime I started my Windows 2000, I see alert 'error in winui.exe error log is generated' what's that?

I have to assume that winui is the Windows User Interface.

Go to your event viewer (probably the system log) and copy the exact error message you get here. In addition the log usually generates a link to the MS Knowledge base that should give you more details on the problem.
