worm.win32.netsky I need help removing this from my pc

It has deleted my network connections I can get in my task manager, or change my background... It has lokked them all.
I work with my pc and dont understand how I got this.
Im getting HJT Right now and will post it.
Also Trojan:HTML/Fakeinit Is the fill I cant remove when I clean my system with Microsft Security Essentials.
Please help lol.... I have got antiviruspro and removed it. But im having truble with this one.
