OK...here is my problem.

I've got a recordible/re-writible LG CD-RW CED-8120B DVD/CD-ROM Driver (IF that made ANY since to anyone.)

I have Windows XP Pro

The Driver reads fine.

The problem:

I start writing some music (though ANY sort of writing would do the same), and then it suddenly stops at the fourth track (for none others on and after that work) and says it has an error. It could not write. I tried the trouble shooting thing (for whatever it MIGHT be worth) to no avail. I do not recall what the error said, however it was big and long and I only have one more CD to see if I can fix it. I'd appreciate some help here...

Thanks alot!

Please only post in one place. It gets confusing otherwise. I'm deleting the one in the general board.

No I was using another program...(I'll post which one when I get home)

but that isn't the problem I know. It's worked before. See what I did was locked up my com in the middle of burning and it stops exactly where I locked up....

That's WHY but I need to know HOW to fix it....

And the reason why I posted in two different places was because I wasn't sure which this particular problem belonged and as a plus I may get more advice to compair to...

I'd appreciate help...so please don't delete people's posts if they appear more than once. Some people only help in one particular field and they don't check them all like you do. I just need the BEST help...I may be a new kid on the block, but I'm not completely naive if someone is pulling my leg....

also, I do agree that ATNO had deleted your duplicate post as it looks tedious to see the same topic posted twice
