I am new to ozzu, and I'm dying to get some assistance.
I recently downloaded HiJackThis, but I can't get the program to run.
Though I'm pretty sure I have some form of spyware/adware/virus, my other programs have been running smoothly other than Internet Explorer. If there is anyone who can help me, please take the time to do so.

Thanks :)

Download, update & run anti malware from malwarebytes.org
See if that runs.

What error message are you getting with HJT?

No error messages appear, it just shows the loading mouse icon, and then nothing happens.
I was hoping to post my scan results to get help. Do you know what Atheros is?

What? Totally format every 6 months? Are you insane? There is no need for that at all. I haven't completely formatted a system in quite a while. The last time I did was when I switched from XP to Vista and then from Vista to Windows7. 99% of problems can be fixed but most people don't have the patience to work through it.
