Adobe After Effects 4.0

whoa!!! I can't even get started. how in the hell you work it? is the after effects for video effects?

someone point me to a message board that I can use as a refrence and for extra beginners because that is what I am espically in adobe after effects.

I have this 'burnt' copy of 4.0 and I wonder if I am missing something and I am not getting all the features. where is the chroma keyer at?

Yes After Effects is for video editing but you should own really own Premiere Pro as well...
