You have no idea how happy I am to have done this. This was what I wanted to do after college 30 years ago. Hope you like it. Critique welcome. Details on construction available on request.

They're actually two cameras I use at work. Both are Sony Handycams DCR-SR42 with Carl Zeiss 40x Optical Zoom. Both set to 9M HQ. Some scenes I wasn't all that thrilled with the lighting, as we were using natural light, but we didn't have any kind of lighting equipment to get that part perfect. Editing was done entirely in Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Audition, then converted to FLV for the Flash movie. The AVI was over 500MB. Converting it to FLV took it to 12MB and maintained most of the quality.

Very cool ... Another Adobe product that has impressed me is After Effects ... it's also really cool ... but it also spits out massive files ...

Thank you for sharing useful information with you.The world is saturated with messages telling or selling something. Americans are exposed to over 2,000 ads a day, sixty channels of tv, movies showing at the local theatre or on video, airwaves full of radio talk and music, newspapers, magazines, books and now the Internet.

Mark, I think sirusdesign meant to say, the content of your multi-media production, which helps people to see the importance of the nature.

I know this thread is donkeys old but i've only just decided to actually see what people post in this forum and thought i'd comment on the vid itself.

Congrats ATNO. I'll admit to when seeing the vid at first i did start to wonder why it was posted in this forum as the content (not to be of any offence) was really impressive and i couldn't work out where you had any part in it.

I know i may get my hands smacked for saying that, but i guess it all goes down to what i thought you're job was with this company...so seeing you do stuff like this is pretty neat.

I am just digging a bigger hole. Help.

It was posted awhile ago and was dug up. but thanks! SB my job is primarily running the company network. But I also maintain the website and anything else IT related here. My boss is into multimedia stuff. In fact I'm working on a new video as we speak. Not to mention it's on my plate to make version 2 of the company website.

But what a lot don't know is that my college degree concentrated on television production and directing which is the career I really wanted. That never panned out, so it's nice to be getting my hands into it even though it's only a small portion of my work.
