I am not sure If I have asked this before, Just wanted to know what software I could use to make some kind of online game(s)

Do not point me to anything related to Adobe please as I hate most products that are related to Adobe :P

Nothing fancy Just wondered if you guys know of anything....

No problem :)
I learned how to use it for a few web dev competitions...it's so much faster than Flash. When you only have 13 hours to throw something together and you can save an hour it helps alot :)

Yeah. I like the script features in this to. One question can you post flash work on youtube videos?

I doubt it. I've never seen an interactive YouTube video.

edit- I don't see why you can't upload a Flash video to YouTube, but I don't recall any of those, either...

Well I was thinking about adding a Flash animation or video like you say, Hmm I will just have to see if it works.

It would be cool If youtube would let the videos be interactive lol..... But thats never going to happen :P

I'll echo that. As a reminder, remember that Flash was not originally an Adobe product. It was a Macromedia product and, in my opinion, Adobe actually has improved it since obtaining it.

I agree completely. I've been using Macromedia products for a long time and wasn't happy when I found out that Adobe was buying them out, but I honestly have to say that I don't have a single complaint about the direction Adobe has taken with the Macromedia products, at least with the ones I use.

of course you can upload a flash video, but it may need to be converted beforehand ... here is an example ...
