How to view "DPG" file in PC.

I know .dpg is a kind of multimedia audio video format for Nintendo, but how to view these file in PC.
I try to open it with VLC and MPlayer but those only play audio, no video. I try my luck on google but still not find any success playing them.

looks like it is nintendo DS format, try putting it on the memery card and slap it in the DS.

yeah right, it is nintendo DS format. But i want to watch these video files on My PC. Whenever i ry to open the file only audio plays, how to come up with video.

Convert it to AVI then, use a video converted and re-encode to MPEG-4

No , No luck , i try to convert dpg file to different formats like avi and wmv but only audio is converting which identifying in DPG file as 'MP2' while the video format is 'Unknown'.

May be video is broken, I cannot test it on nintendo DS as i don't have one
