MP3 Volume

I have an MP3 that I want to put on my cell phone as a ring tone but the volume is way too low to hear it. (phone won't increase volume enough)

Is there a way to increase the volume of the MP3 before I put it on the phone?

(hope this counts as multimedia)

The first site is a booster program for mp3s. I don't know if it will help after the mp3 has been transferred to the phone.

The second site has a program a mp3 ringtone maker for Sprint phones which has a volume booster. You may be able to find one for your phone.

I use a soft that can be used to increase a MP3 song and also increase the volume, i use this program :

this is not only for flv, i use this to convert any kind of media to other format like, avi to mp3 for gettin the song from a video and something like that
