Do you need to convert a file to quicktime or from quicktime to .mpg?

jpeg. :?: You lost me. Are you working with video (.mpg, .avi, .mov, etc.). Quicktime can export jpg format. It can also export in sequence to png.

Quicktime Pro can export .mov to .avi. It's $30 USD, I believe.
