How can promote a site on single keyword. Please Give me the suggestion only if anybody have.

yes sure edward you can promote your site on single keyword.
Please make your metas with your targeted keyword and even also submit your site on major se and directories.

Even i have 1 site which is targeted with only one keyword and i optimize and analysis for the same.

Keep forum posting and put your targeted keyword in signature.

Depending on the competitiveness of the keyword...if it is very competitive, it will be close to impossible without a ton of work and money to spend. I would focus on two-three word terms first, then when you start to rank well for them, the one-word keyword will be easier to go after.

If you have a non-competitive keyword, you could well target it with meta tags and anchor tags.
