Hiya how long will it take for google to update backlinks? or will this be done simultaneously when the google bot runs through the other sites?

Google update backlinks they display as and when they feel like it. Nobody can every really predict it.

Im still yet to have any backlinks on to my site? Still have a grand pr of 1 lol hoping to push this a little higher but with the nature of the site its not really needed.

I actually did predict it to the date twice...the threads should be somewhere in here :wink:

Most likely though, you'll never know when they will be updating.

Make sure you have submitted your site to DMOZ, because that will most likely alone push you to 3, 4 or more, depending on the category you get listed in.

Jan 4th 2005.
WHY?
