Hello everybody,

please somebody to help me - my question is : How many times to submit
my site per month?

Some people said that I should to submit no more than twice per month.

Please, somebody to tell me what I have to do.

Best Regards!

If by "submit my site" you mean submitting to Google and/or other search engines - I'd only submit it once to Google - if at all.

Instead, focus on building backlinks from sites with high pagerank. If it is the directory in your signature that you're wanting to promote, I'd start submitting it to other directory sites with high page rank.

You can find a list of SE Friendly directories at: info.vilesilencer.com - they have it as a downloadable spreadsheet (xls). I'd sort each section by pagerank, and focus on the high-PR sites (5+) first. Unfortunately this means you don't get down to adding yourself to my directory for quite some time ;-) but that's ok too. You can also join some of the link directory cooperatives (or whatever the heck you call them).

Some of them include:
topdirectorysearch.com
topseodirectory.com
linkdirectories.org
topdirectories.com

Hope that helps you out.
Good luck.

Folks, can people vouch for submitting to these directories? Is it possible that submitting to these kinds of directories can cause a website to be demoted or penalized?

I think there are many websites providing list of directories to be submitted.

I too have a list of more than 1000 directories and that too which provides free inclusion service too.
