Can i use body content in meta description?

I have question?

If i am using meta description from my body content some part. Is is valid?

Can i use some related sentences of my body content in meta description?

Hello

there is no such hard and fast rule that whether u can use your body content in meta description....... In my views u can bt its better if u put that description that briefly signifies ur services or features...

I think meta description should not be that bigger.

But it should be very decriptive about your website and the visitor should get attracted by reading it so should not be much bigger that a visitor runs away or do not suit your website.

You could use a section of text from the page, But why do that?
How long is it going to take to write a descriptive senetence about that page?
