URL extensions are also important from the crawling point of view. I mean to say that you are using binary extensions like .exe then may be googlebot avoid crawling it.

In a recnt post Matt Cutts describe in his blog about avoiding few extensions in URLs.

You can use any extensions like .php over .asp, or .html .htm but avoid binary extensions like .exe to avoid crawling problems for your web pages.

If you have .exe in your url extensions then you can lso check that it has been crawled or not by entering -filetype:exe
in search box.

If your URLs with extensions like .exe then it is better to change your file extension to something else.
