There are reports from Google Docs Help forum that people in China cannot access their Google Docs or even FeedBurner on feedburner.google.com.

I am in China now,I can tell you the truth that Google Docs always can be accessed smoothly in China,however,FeedBurner seldom can be accessed here.

Re-confirm that google Docs are accessible since I work over there every single day. Use google reader instead of feedburner, so no idea about the later.
