Delay in Google indexing

I can see inbound links in Webmaster Tools that were indexed in September and October, but where are from November and December??
Had Google forgot to index my site or it was banned??

I think the problem is in your website.. Google indexing update time to time..

Quite a few people have seen a slowdown of inbound links being "seen" by GWT for semi to competitive terms during the holiday this year.

Hello All,

While checking for no of inbound links...I suppose we should type the below in Google :

link:www.sample.com

link: http://www.sample.com

Please do help me out...finding out which one of the above gives the accurate result...as becoz there is a hell and heaven difference between both the results...

I searched :"http://bac.chaukhe.com" and returned 1990 results but i check Google PR of my site =0. I don't know why ? anyone can answer me why that ?
