Hi Paolo,

Not sure I got you problem correctly but as I understand you should check that site where you have place the link is it still there? And if they have removed it then surely with update your site will disappear from Google also.

Please describe again if I am misunderstood your problem.

Run a page check for the site that you listed on at somewhere like submissionmonster.com to make sure that the site you listed on hasnt been black listed and or still has a high page rank.

Remember that putting a link to your site on a page with bad rankings or negative rankings can auctually damage your page rank.

Also, I dont put to much stock on these featured links etc that you see people spamming everywhere, remember google is the search engine where you cant buy your way to the top of the rankings, and spam gives you a negative rank.

Also, I noticed that some reverse checkers dont work properly, eg on some I can see all the links to my site, and on some I can see none so try using a few different ones.

Doing a search on your domain name brings you back in the results list, but only as a standard member not as a featured listing.

You will need to have a chat with they site owners.

No that is correct, and when you find you in a search without using your name like so

http://www.viesearch.com/index.php?q=Lu ... chbtn.y=37

it comes up right, its probably just how they run their system, or they may not even know that they have this fault, if it is a fault.

I would let them know and see what they say, you paid money so dont be afraid to get clarification.

hi,

nice topic. if we go to the dipper part of this issue or a research of this topic of back link then you will come to know that different types of back links the sites are getting.

few says the high pr pages can come as back links. but if we make a research then we will come to know that all most all types of sites are coming in back links. but yes one thing is true that to get a back link from a particular page, it should have a minimum page rank of 2.

this is only a prediction from the research but i have seen the sites are coming in back links having zero page rank too.

don't stop your optimization and make a regular link review and wait for few days. your back link will again return back

Hi Steve

You mentioned that spam gives you a negative rank.

I have noticed in the last week my ranking on google pages not improving but getting worse.

If i stop for a while link building will my site improve again or once the damage is done its to late

yeah the first one is a much better add
http://www.viesearch.com/Sports/Travel/

But I would put a space after the full stop
in Chatel.Newly

And if you can fit it in, say where Chatel is, kind of confusing saying you have a chalet is chatel, people might think you just made a mistake unless they know where Chatel is,

say something link, Chatel, in the Swiss Alps.

But yeah, get your listings the same. I can tell you what happned, you originally listed for free, then you came back to the site and asked for a featured listing and you either forgot you had already listed or just cocked up.

What I did, is I wrote our my add in a word doc, the Title, The body and the link, then i saved it, and whenever I visit a listing site, I just copy & past it.

I use one of 5 different titles, because you want different but still meaningful anchor text for better SERP from google etc

Try to get backlinks from quality and relevant websites and give it a few weeks before your new site is fully indexed and crawled.

Links form relevent sites help you for improving your PR. and counted as back links by Search engines. But keep continue in regular intervals and submit manually.
