1. What is the highest PR page (with related content) linking to your site/sites?
I have 3 PR4 sites linking to mine (PR3). Pretty tame I know, but my site only went up (officially) this year

The highest link I have is also a PR4, and it's to my site that's also a PR3. My site has been live for almost exactly one year.

My highest links are two pr 4... One is the OZZU topic "A google bomb"

I have some PR5 and a couple of PR6, but it doesn't help 
I have only PR3 at the moment.

I have only PR3 at the moment.Maybe it does help - you might be PR2 without those links.
