Google Adsense - Analytics - Bounceback

I am using both Google Adsense and Google Analytics. My question has to do with the bounceback table in Analytics. If someone comes to one of my pages via Google and then clicks on an Adsense ad or goes to the Google search box, is this considered by Google as a bouncback? or is a bounceback only when they hit the back button on their browser?
