Google adwords open in new window

Has anyone seen a set of adwords that when clicked the link opens in a new window?

Im sick of the add stealing my customers who are half way through buying from me, I want it so that if they like the sound of the link they can click it, open it in a new tab, finish giving me their money, then go read it.

If you don't want visitors leaving your site, remove your Google Adsense ads.

I have the addwords on the site because since putting them on it has increased the frequency of the visits from googlebot.

I know everyone says they are not connected, but I built an analytics module for my site, and I can see every single visit from every single bot and scraper that visits my site, and I dont know why the visits increase or if it will increase my serp / rank etc but I only put it on the pages most important to me, and I would feel better if I could leave them on and have them pop up in a new window....
