This may not be related to your topic, but you should really learn to build your own sites from scratch rather than using a Dreamweaver template..

The first thing I want to say is, nice domain :)

I would be interested to know how your current traffic is like and any other stats you may have; visting time, return rates, sources.

If you dont have access to this information I would suggest signing up for google analytics.

When I first started making webpage, I wasnt to much younger than you. I thought, at the time, that if my webpage looked good people would come. However I was wrong. I spend most of my years just making nice webpage and I just recently got into trafficing and advertising. Now its true that getting people to your webpage has alot to do with advertising, but word of mouth also works. To get people to talk about your webpage requires that it has relevent content, and a interesting look. From what I've read on your webpage all your content seems to be perfectly fine. However, although your site may look nice, its nothing special. I will tell you that I like your header, I might of done a few things differently but overall I like it.

I dont have much to say about where to spend your money, but what I can suggest is heading up to the website design forum and ask around there and see what people say.

I think you have a good concept and I think you could easly get people to your site, but keeping them there might be around thing.

Good luck!

You can save these money and promote your site yourself.
To get high ranking on google, you must have more backlinks to your site.

You cn achieve that by:
- add your site to search engines and directories like DMOZ.
- participate in forums( like forums.digitalpoint.com) with your link in the signature.
- exchange links with high page rank sites and blogs.
- participate in adsense revenue-sharing forums(like DP) and sites(like Flixya.com)
- comment (put your link in the comment) in high page rank blogs.
