Our site has been around awhile, but we recently did a redesign of the look. Google cached the new page on the 19th and the page appears blank, unless you do the cached text option.

http://64.233.169.104/search?q=cache:vZ_sKo4O8OwJ:www.findapetonline.com/+site:findapetonline.com&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=us

Also since this cache occured we have lost some page rank on some inner pages of the site.

Are the 2 events connected or just a coincidence?
Is the blank appearing cache a problem? The text is still there.

Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated as I have never seen anything like this before.

You can see the cached view? Or the regular home page?

I'm using FireFox 2.0 & I see everything... It may be a browser issue or your processor / internet connection is very slow & the large cache image is taking forever to appear.

At any rate, I see it all clear as day.
