Google finally indexed my website

I built a website on April and google just ignore me for 4 months.

I tried everything: add my site of hundereds directories and link exchange with hundreds of sites, use adwords, add adsense to my site... No use!

It seems better to let google find you first insead of submitting url to crawl (google.com/addurl).
Is it true?

It is very easy for me to make a website indexed by Google ...
I have made more than ten websites and all of them are indexed within one week.
The best and easiest way may be posting your website links on popular blogs.

Most blogs use a rel="nofollow" attribute on links so google wont follow links posted.

You can't unless you own the blog.

The problem then is to find some friendly blogs that don't use nofollow.
For example, you can comment on the ZDNet blog.
In fact, there are many. Im in China and many Chinese blogs can do this work. Just keep trying.

so in the end, whats the best way to get indexed?
