Does anyone know the scale Google uses to define the High, Medium, Low PageRank values in Google Sitemaps?

I've always interpreted it as PR0-PR3 as Low, PR4-PR6 as medium and PR7+ as high. Probably quite wrong though! :D

Well, if it is wrong, it can't be too far wrong as that breakdown seems logical enough :P

I think you mean the priority in google site map. It is the priority of your pages when compared to your home page. If your home page has Priority of 1 then other pages you can give values like .8 or 0.5 to other pages as you prefer how these pages are prioritised. That is priority and not pagerank in google sitemap. Is there anything wrong in this?

There's no way for you! I dont think PR's intergrated into Google Site Map. Please refer to Google Sitemap

But now I dont know how to increase PR.

One of my sites has a PR of 4 but is considered a low PR on sitemaps, so I don't really get it.

PR6 should be as high.
It's very hard to get 6.
