How to get results for my company name to not show up?

Can any of you guys help me out?? I own a company and someone posted a rude, untrue comment about my company and I need it to not show up on Google.

One time my girl friend was caught in a vacation scam so she posted it on a travel forum. The people who owned the company saw it and wanted it removed. They asked her, what do we have to do to get that post removed? She called me and I told her to ask for a full refund in return for removing the post and they gave it to her.

So, you should make a deal with the person who posted it. You can't stop the search engine from returning the results. Make him an offer.

You may try to make up a few positive comments referring to your company and make them rank higher in Google. Try yahoo answers for example.
