There are no restrictions on Googlers dress code in the office, in which pajama, ugly sweater and even super hero costume were on the records.

I have been to the Google Chicago office quite a few times...you never see any outfits like that...but every one dresses very casual...just like my office.

I have no idea. I have heard only that stuff have one day they should be at the office but they are allowed to do whatever they want

Geez, those guys sure seem to have it rough! I suspect in reality the vast majority of the staff sit at their desk and never use most of the 'fun stuff' available to them.

How many people out there (at regular companies) can even use all their vacation day every year?

I know when I ask for a day off (I have plenty banked), I get grumbles. Probably the same there... but at least it does look impressive!
