Try to promote your inner pages of website and deep linking with the relevant and effective websites or web pages or directories. This will definitely helps in getting PR for your inner pages in next Google PR update.

Yes, try to submit inner pages to social bookmarking sites.
That should help for both search result and pagerank.

That would be my suggestion too.

Find webpages, blogs, forums within context to your sub pages and leave a link back to your sub page on there. Don't just place them anywhere though, you will get marked higher when the 2 pages are in context with each other.

Write articles with 2 links in the sig... One to your article in your blog, and one to your internal webpage. If you are worried about the PR of our internal pages then they should already be optimized onsite for targeted keywords. Write articles that target these keywords individually. I would say 2 - 4 articles to 20-25 sites per internal page would be enough for mildly competitive keywords.

Try to use these to promote your internal webpage:

* Deep link directory submission
* Internal linking in your website.
* Put internal link url in forum signature.
* Getting links to from other websites (especailly pages of the same niche) to all areas of your website.

Deep linking improves your inner pages. Try to link build those pages too and you'll see satisfying results
