I just lost all the google pageranks on my site, is this normal? My front page had a PR of 3 and the sub pages had a PR of 2 for the most part.

Is this just google updating the database or did something bad happen?

Does it show a PR of zero or no page rank at all?

I've had that happen to me - it's like Google dosen't know the difference between http://www.site.com and site.com.

Does it really matter as long as one of your sites has a good page rank? Does anyone know?

You should always have your pages pointing to either one, http://www.domain.com is the best. The problem is when you start using both, your dividing the total PR between to URL's when you could have one of those URL's getting all the PR. I usually have this problem when i forget and have my HOME button in the footer or header pointing to http://www.domain.com/index.html instead of just http://www.domain.com.

My toolbar says that the pages are not ranked. Also site:short-circuit.zapto.org isn't returning any pages.

Use a "Redirect 301" in the .htaccess file to direct everything to "http://short-circuit.zapto.org/index.php".

I cannot redirect "everything" to index.php because all the images would also be redirected which would cause broken images, I need a way to rewrite/redirect everything that goes to index.php to be rewritten to show index.php in the url
