My keyword rank is problem

My site keyword is Web Development But Last 2 weeks is problem ranking is not imporve. {Last week March Keyword rank 30s} and {Last week April Keyword rank 95s}
My Site traffic is imporve But Ranking is not imporve???

Please Help me.....

Have you considered how extremely common the keyword phrase is?

Try altering it, for example, try a geographic approach - e.g. if you live and work out of Miami try "Miami Web Development", or a content approach - e.g. Flash Web Development (if you specialize in flash).

Web Development... that's not my industry, but I can tell you that your chosen keyword phrase will be very competitive.

My best advice to you, is to gain traffic with several smaller keywords. Once you are established then you can go after the bigger fish. Your rankings dropping is common. If you keep creating unique content centered around Web Development google will notice. However, those other 94 companies are being crawled as well.
