Hi,
I am curious what keyword density is safe for 1 page...
Within 1 page I got 14,57% for 1 word, isn't this too much?

keyword density is a meaningless metric. Too few or too many keywords doesn't exist.
Simply write your pages in easy to read natural language.

When you're reading the page & it starts to sound like someone with tourettes' syndrome for keywords wrote it, there's too many keywords in it.

15% .. Is that weighted or from simple counting? If a single keyword/phrase takes 15% it seems somewhat high...

14,57% it's too high density for keyword. SE may apply filter to your site.

If you want to get good SEO in yahoo and msn search, 14,57% is ok, but not good in google seo.
