I currently have a google search feature on a site I am working on (injector-rehab.com).

I would like to limit the search results to a specific site, or a couple specific sites.

Right now I have this:

http://www.google.com/search?q=

Which is the equivalent of a blank google search form, lets say I want to limit the search to the injector-rehab.com site, basically the equivalent to typing this in google:

site:injector-rehab.com *users query here*

I hope I am explaining this correctly.

Any help is appreciated.

If you have a search box that was provided by google, IMO you cannot limit it in a specific site only. If you want a specific searching on your site only then try to put a search box that will search your product only. Meaning the scope of your search is within your site only.

If you click the link I provided and actually take a look at the setup options you will see that you can set up a custom search engine for your web site very easly.

Well why not try the searchbox code that can be generated from your Google Adsense account.
