Has anyone noticed any consistent order for the results given by the the link:www.yourdomain.com function? I know when i run it for my sites DMOZ is always listed first. I just ran if for a few of my competitors/link partners sites and my site is on the first pages of most of their IBLs.

Does anyone know if there is a way in which they are ordered? Or is just based on which results Google gets back first?

I am wondering about that also.
Is it based on how strong the link is coming in to the site?

I was trying to determine the same thing using PROG: http://www.webmasterbrain.com/prog

It doesn't appear to be a PR ranking....but the results come up in the same order every time...so there must be a system of ordering them.

It might not be based on the page's PR itself, but the amount of PR it passes along to the URL.

A PR6 page with 10 outbound links, and 20 internal links is probably going to pass more PR along than a PR7 page with 100 outbound links and 200 internal links :)

Thus the need for a PR passing tool.
