Simple answer...nope. Pagerank is just one part of site optimization.

Keywords are a more important factor that PR.
If your site has properly optimized keywords in the titles, etc,
that a higher PR site, you are likely to get higher rankings.
If two sites are equally well-optimized, the PR factor starts kicking in--
the site with higher PR will be higher in the SERPS.

No frd,

Haveing high PR do not get you higher ranking of keywords in search engines...

For getting higher ranking ur site needs to be well optimized, good and unique content, quality backlinks from related sites and much more ..

submitting articles and it goes on ..

Getting more backlinks is good to your site than on focusing on how you can get a high PR.

Well, page rank and positioning are to different factors and not related to each other....a site having PR-0 can get top rank but a site have a very good pr can be below in position of a lower PR site.....so do not confuse about it. If you want a good pr you must focus on getting bucklings from relevant quality websites .....
