pr3 directory, with pr2 back page, could it be true?

I have only had my directory for 3mos now, http://www.linkunow.com
and I have a pr3 home page and pr2 back pages. I was wondering if this could be true, I am excited about it but not sure if it is really what it says?

You can get PR3 from just the weight of internal pages linking to each other. Most sites go directly to 3 when there is an update.
