Blog and then keep blogging. Utilize anchor text in your forum posts. And after you have blogged about everything in your market/industry... BLOG MORE.

Do article submissions with targeted backlinks.

Do link submissions.

This takes time but after 1-2 years of this your rankings will untouchable.

Search in google for relevant website links for your site. Relevancy is a big factor for good search engine rankings.

SO, try to get links from blogs, sites and social bookmarking sites.

Join relevant forums, comment on relevant blogs, submit your site to directories, submit press releases and articles. After 2 months, you will see an improvement.... hopefully.
