A shared hosting with shared IPs for SEO purposes?

Hi

I am looking for a cheap hosting for SEO purposes. Most important to me is the ability to set different IP for each domain (can be set randomly). I know dreamhost.com offers something like this, do you know any more hosts?

HostGator also do this as part of their sister company - http://www.seohosting.com

The IPs they give you are also of different C-Classes which also helps your SEO.
