Strange Google ban?

Hello!

I have a strange problem with some of my sites. It appears after the last PR update. I've had no time to improve my PR, so there was no PR changes for the main pages of my sites, but some secondary pages (not all of them!) have now N/A. Before the last update they have relative good PR (3, 2 or 1), but now I see only N/A there. They are not supplemental, texts are unique, they have no elements of black SEO. And the most strange thing - not all of them are banned! I don't understand this situation. How can two pages with the same menu structure (it means same linking model) have different PR?
Does anybody have any ideas?
