I have about 952 links to my new PR 1 website.
856 out of that to the home page.

Only my home page has a Pr according to the toolbar, but according to google web master tools most of my pages have a low PR.

In the future if Google has a PR update, will my site PR increase with the amount of backlinks i have?

I also have good content.

Thanks

You could probably use a 'pagerank prediction' tool. There are quite a few on the net. I have just found one: http://link.ezer.com/tools/pagerank_prediction.asp

It tells you what your current pagerank is as well as what your future expected pagerank will be.

Also one point, your description in my opinion should be quite a long description (meta tag) basically an introduction to the site, for Google to read and the viewer to read. As long as it is relevant to the content and contain the same keywords as the keyword tag, this will help for a start.

Hope this helps. I think i looked at your site a while ago when you had bought the domain, its looking quite nice :)
