Is This a Good Idea?

I have Online Directory Data Base...this data base have more than 8 Thousand Online directories links, So i am thinking to give them link from my website and request for back links...if i get 50% of links then i will have 4 k back links...will it be Use Full for my website.....all directory have min.Pr-2.

What do you think guys is it gud idea? please tell me ...and if it is usefull please tell me if any one have online directory data base..so that i can get more back links

don't push through with your plan buddy that's a black hat and a big no no for google and other SE's since they are looking for quality backlinks

they are right, excessive reciprocal links or inbound links from a site is a link farm and your site might be penalized

so therefore, even its a humor you must be see things in consideration.

I think you must not do that and just limit your link for 40 outbound links per page but if you will put different links to different pages, it will surely hurt your site.
