Is having too much keywords a problem.
how do you find a balance between too much and not enough?
any relevance to number of times keywords are mentioned in the content?
Is putting similar keywords, like "real estate managment" and "real estate software" nonadvisable?

It's bad.
It's spam.

You won't rank for any of the words you have put on that page.

Ive put together a page with all my keywords to confuse google into thinking i have content regarding those keywords, is that good or bad? Ive linked some of them to wikipedia definition to look more like normal text.. here`s how it looks http://webware.izhr.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=18&Itemid=44&lang=hr

From Google "Things to Avoid"
Don't fill your page with lists of keywords, attempt to "cloak" pages, or put up "crawler only" pages. If your site contains pages, links, or text that you don't intend visitors to see, Google considers those links and pages deceptive and may ignore your site.
