Traffic worries- Advice needed

I had a website and did its seo process a month back with seo process requirments keywords, optimization, submission and in process of doing reciprocal linking. I daily get visitors abou 50-100 bt my main concern of worry is that i get visitors from job portal sites bt not from any search engine. Can anyone suggest me how to targetted visitors who can help me in converting them into sales. refer the url http://www.spgindia.com and suggest me if i am doing smth wrng or which i m nt focussing.

if you want me to i could explain it all to you, but id pretty much flame you more than half the time. or you could search for a few good tutorials on google and other websites that alot of webmasters use such as DP(digitalpoint).

If you are willing to spend, try google adwords to get targeted traffic, it will cost but if product is good enough its worth it.
Also be patient till the time u rank higher and start getting traffic from google naturally.

If you have plenty of money to spend then you may text link ads and google adwords

I've my own concerns about text link ads. I personally feel lot of clicks do get wasted.

PPC ads are a hard way to go, but rember it costs money to make money!

I am currently getting a lot of traffic to my sites, but that doesnt mean that the site has what they want. So putting a suggestions section in any website is a great idea!
