5. As for Google showing only PR4+ backlinks - it was for a while, but it wasn't the same for last 3 or 4 months - I saw all kinds of PR for backlinks google was showing - it was very unusual I couldn't understand why it doesn't show all of the links because PR seamed hasn't been limited anymore... well, right now I have one backlinks shown by google with PR3.

Is it possible that Google has completed offline PR updates but has yet to show them via the page rank indicator on the toolbar? I have been seeing some backlinks that are <PR4. But maybe the PR on these sites is going to increase.

I also noticed that page rank in DMOZ doesn't match the google toolbar value for some sites. I know DMOZ has not been updated in some time and this could be the reson....but maybe not.

I'm not sure, but I took a quick look at the site that links page has PR3 and look at the amount of backlinks Google showing right now to the main domain. G shows 90 backlinks to the site, but I also checked what shows www2 and www3 - only 82. We all know that google is working on their update right now. Is it going to increase or not? I don't know, but doesn't look like so far.
