wouldn't be number 2 is could be consider as spamming... i heard there some countries which doesn't allow such... if so then this is consider as black hatting... so how is this...

i also doubt no. 2 because it is literally asking and some site owners dont allow that

I not saying that point -2 is a good way of getting the deep links. But it is also a way of get deep links. It depends upon the Country/Site Rules that they have follow.

Online syndication services can be source of the backlinks because they display an RSS feed as a web page.

Number 4 to 6 is the way of deep linking technique that is quite effective in the ranking of site and website traffic as well.
