Sorry if I dont post in a right category but I think if you want to sell or buy a domain you do the action for Google, SEO in principle.

I have a blog with PR6 and I want to sell it. How much to to ask for it? Or if is anyone interested please make an offer.

The domain is http://www.daaconcept.com/

Thank you!

To the best of my SEO knowledge, the Page Rank number doesn't actually mean a heck of a lot. Google don't update it very often so it's not a clear indication of how Google view your site. You'd be better off letting people know the amount of traffic you're getting, what your site is optimised for and where it ranks for certain keywords - plus how many searches those keywords are getting each day. That will give people a greater sense of it's worth and there are probably other factors to consider also that go beyond what I know of SEO that others here might be able to shed more light on.

Hope that helps.

You should provide them the description of the site as well as some of the important status that the buyer should know. For example:
Date created/established
Page Views per month
PR
Revenue details (revenue per month, advertising sales, adsense and affiliate revenue, gross revenue)
Traffic details

Then, these are some of the basis of how much your site costs..
