Hi, i find this forum very interesant. 
i read, read read and read.
But to list high in goolge what to do
1) all people speak about anchor text as best off-page factor. That ok!
2) all people speak about oldest-site, but what are other factor on-page or off-page .
example:
h1 is best? near title? in firs or second parag? or is best h2 h3?
in name page is best _ or - ?
other tricks ?
help me please. i want to trie to be firs in "Hotel city" and "city Hotel" keyword.
