Which directories have you submitted your site to?

This same phenomenon of directories springing up left and right went on in the late 80’s if I remember correctly. As soon as they realized they were not going to make any money with them they disappeared. A few great directories survived but went under in the .com crash. It seems like everything comes around again.

I think it's $20 one time, but it is PR6 with internal PR4+ pages. Yahoo! picked up my link within about 7 days. I don't know about Google as there has been no BL update since my listing was added.

This is our year is a good directory at a good price. Not exactly a new directory - It's been established for a while now which shows it is here to stay.

I agree. It is a good directory. there are many directories to choose from, esp when you are willing to pay.

In PR, how much value the directory submission is playing?

Directories can be a good source of PR if their main pages have filtered through to their sub pages. If your on a PR hike then check the PR of the page your site would be listed on in the directory.

and also the traffic your getting from these directories....
sometimes, the traffic isnt a lot.
