Any Place to exchange quality links?

I am looking a platform that websites exchange quality links, i mean something like high pr club web-sites but it must be free and must be under control to not accept or allow link farm directories...

You can try Link Exchange Forums and mention that you want only high PR sites to exchange links with.

Besides that, I would like to find the same thing.

An automated service for what you asked is the one I've created recently, called myTextLinkExchange.Com
The concept is that sites exchange links with other sites, just putting a php, ssi, php or perl code in their sites.
But we accept all sites, instead of the high PR ones, but we give bigger exchange ratio to high PR sites.

Good option to find heigh PR sites, but i did't find that, heigh PR site could't exchange the links, they sell the links, if you find any site, who exchange the link, plese post here

Just do a search for "web site promotion" and "forum" on Google and you'll find a bunch of sites with forums for exchanging links. You can also do a search for sites related to yours and shoot them an email proposing link swap (this doesn't work very often since most people will ignore your email).
